VOR Women's Day 2025: All Roles
Women's Day is a tradition at VOR that takes place every year in Spring as a response to the hundreds of women who come as refugees to California. As part of a day of rest and renewal, women receive beauty services (manicure, facial, etc.) and hear testimonies of God's transformational love. Throughout the experience, all are invited to discover their value in God's eyes. Roll up your sleeves and sign up below!
When: Saturday April 5th, 2025 (All day)
Where: Voice of Refugees at 622 N. Gilbert Street, Anaheim, CA 92801
Volunteers are needed on Friday for setup and on Saturday for rides, cleanup, and event assistance. Volunteer roles available differ for men and women. Your assigned volunteer role will be confirmed in late March. Pre-event training and prayer sessions will be provided for all volunteers in the two weeks leading up to the event.
Serving Times Preview
You will see options to serve women (female volunteers only) or children, out of the following time slots:
Morning Team: 7:30am to 1:00pm
Afternoon Team: 11:30am to 5:00pm
All Day Team: 7am to 5pm (includes 30-minute lunch break)Setup: Friday 3-6pm
Teardown: Saturday 3-6pm
Ride Team: Saturday 8-9am, 10-11am, 1-2pm, 3-4pm
